We tend to store most of our photos on a computer, on drives or in clouds. I used to save them onto DVDs and now my computer has no disc drive!
Who knows what technology may hold in the coming years, but we do know that future generations will also be able to hold these photographs in their hands. We probably all have memories off sitting around a photo album with your parents, grandparents, siblings and looking back on old photos, hearing the stories behind each one. It’s such a special gift.

Albums are the best way to tell the whole story. While a singe framed photograph is “worth a thousand words”, then wouldn’t an album be at least a million? Maybe not that many, but definitely worth more! I myself find it almost impossible to chose which single photos to display around my house, but with albums you can have your cake and eat it too. You can tell the complete story of that moment in time, which is such a gift. A story that deserves to be placed in a book and not just on a hard drive.
